- All payments to be made via bank transfer to the designated account of EduSolutions Middle East Ltd., Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance. Late payments will incur a 2% monthly surcharge.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates are subject to revision.

- All intellectual property produced under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and EduSolutions Middle East Ltd., unless otherwise agreed in writing.
