  • 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
  • 40% payable upon completion of the core curriculum design and delivery of all instructional materials.
  • 30% final payment upon project closure, final compliance report submission, and client sign-off.
  • All payments to be made via bank transfer to the designated account of EduSolutions Middle East Ltd., Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
  • Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance. Late payments will incur a 2% monthly surcharge.
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates are subject to revision.
  • The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all Saudi Arabian labor laws, data protection regulations, and Ministry of Education directives applicable in Jeddah.
  • All intellectual property produced under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and EduSolutions Middle East Ltd., unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The Curriculum Developer is required to maintain a minimum of 5 days per week on-site at the client's premises in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
  • Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the original deliverables will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written client approval before execution.
  • Confidentiality: All student data, institutional records, and proprietary materials shared during the engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Jeddah.
