This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by EduCraft Singapore Pte. Ltd. to Meridian International Academy for the engagement of a senior Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive academic curriculum framework. This Quotation Estimate covers all professional services, materials, and deliverables required for the curriculum development project to be executed within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore, in full compliance with the Singapore Council for Accreditation of Private Education (CPE) standards and the Ministry of Education (MOE) guidelines applicable in Singapore Singapore.
The following Quotation Estimate itemises the specific deliverables and professional services to be provided by our designated Curriculum Developer team. All work will be conducted in accordance with the educational regulatory framework of Singapore Singapore.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market adjustments in the Singapore Singapore professional services sector.
- All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate in Singapore Singapore.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the Curriculum Framework Design and Subject-Specific Development phases, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables.
- The Curriculum Developer engagement is subject to a minimum project duration of twenty-six (26) weeks. Any acceleration of timelines requested by the client will be quoted separately as a premium service.
- All intellectual property rights in the curriculum materials developed under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to Meridian International Academy upon full and final payment. EduCraft Singapore Pte. Ltd. retains the right to reference the project in portfolio materials with client consent.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- The Curriculum Developer team shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 2,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement in Singapore Singapore.
- Confidentiality: All proprietary information exchanged during the course of this Quotation Estimate engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from both parties.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Singapore Singapore, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in its entirety, including all terms, conditions, and the scope of Curriculum Developer services described herein. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement for the delivery of curriculum development services in Singapore Singapore.
