Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Deposit (R 118,852.50): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of the initial needs analysis phase.
- 40% Progress Payment (R 158,470.00): Due upon completion and client sign-off of the curriculum framework design and TLM development (Items 02 and 04).
- 30% Final Payment (R 118,852.50): Due upon completion of the quality assurance audit and delivery of the final curriculum package.
All payments are to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account of the Curriculum Developer as detailed in the attached banking information. Invoices will be issued in accordance with South African tax regulations and the institution's procurement policies.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in South Africa Cape Town.
- All intellectual property rights in the developed curriculum materials shall transfer to the client institution upon full and final payment.
- The Curriculum Developer reserves the right to request additional time (up to 10 working days) if the client fails to provide required documentation or feedback within the agreed timelines.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement.
- The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable South African labour, data protection (POPIA), and education sector regulations throughout the engagement.
