Note: All costs are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of travel within the Johannesburg metropolitan area. Travel to schools outside the City of Johannesburg municipal boundary will be billed at R 18.50 per km. This Quotation Estimate assumes a standard working week of 40 hours for the Curriculum Developer team. Any additional scope beyond what is described above will be subject to a supplementary quotation.
  • 30% deposit (R 422,625.00) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
  • 40% milestone payment (R 563,500.00) due upon completion of the Curriculum Framework Design and Subject-Specific Module Development (Items 2 and 3).
  • 20% payment (R 281,750.00) due upon completion of the Pilot Implementation & Evaluation (Item 6).
  • 10% final payment (R 140,875.00) due upon successful completion of the 12-month Ongoing Support period (Item 7).
  • All payments are to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account detailed on the invoice. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the National Credit Act.
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions, exchange rate fluctuations, or changes in operational costs within South Africa Johannesburg.
  • The Curriculum Developer services described herein are bespoke and developed exclusively for the named client. All intellectual property rights in the final curriculum materials shall vest in the client upon full payment, while the methodology and templates remain the property of EdTech Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
  • The client agrees to provide reasonable access to school premises, staff, and existing documentation necessary for the Curriculum Developer to perform the engagement effectively.
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all work completed up to the date of termination, as itemised in a final invoice.
  • EdTech Solutions (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, government policy changes, or actions of third parties beyond the reasonable control of the Curriculum Developer team.
  • All work shall be conducted in compliance with the South African Basic Education Act (Act 84 of 1995), the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and applicable labour legislation in the Republic of South Africa.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties and the deposit has been received in full.
