- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, the pricing and availability of the Curriculum Developer may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of the curriculum design phase (Ref. 02), and 30% upon final handover and acceptance of deliverables in Spain Barcelona.
- All invoices will be issued in Euros (EUR) and are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account of EduCurriculum Iberia S.L., IBAN: ES21 0049 0001 5320 5012 3456, Banco Santander, Barcelona.
- The Curriculum Developer is engaged as an independent professional under a service contract governed by the Spanish Civil Code and applicable Catalan regional legislation. This engagement does not constitute an employment relationship.
- Intellectual property of all curriculum materials, frameworks, and documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the Barcelona Metropolitan Education Consortium upon full payment.
- Any changes in scope, additional school sites beyond the 14 specified, or extended timelines will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing and signed by both parties before work commences.
- The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all data protection requirements under the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when handling student or staff data in Spain Barcelona.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies, natural disasters, or government-mandated school closures in the Barcelona region, will suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Barcelona, and failing that, by the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorises EduCurriculum Iberia S.L. to proceed with the engagement of the Curriculum Developer for the services described herein, to be delivered in Spain Barcelona under the terms stated above.
