1. Introduction and Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate document is issued by EduCraft Solutions (Pvt) Ltd to formally outline the scope, deliverables, timeline, and associated costs for engaging a qualified Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive educational curriculum tailored to the specific needs of the client institution. All services described herein will be delivered in and around Sri Lanka Colombo, leveraging the rich educational ecosystem, local regulatory frameworks, and cultural context unique to the Colombo metropolitan area and the broader Western Province of Sri Lanka.

This Quotation Estimate is prepared in accordance with the standards set by the Sri Lanka National Institute of Education (NIE) and aligns with the requirements of the Ministry of Education, Sri Lanka. The Curriculum Developer engaged under this proposal will possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in educational design, a Master's degree in Curriculum Studies or a related field, and demonstrated expertise in both national and international curriculum frameworks.

2. Scope of Work – Curriculum Developer Services

The Curriculum Developer will undertake the following key responsibilities as part of this engagement in Sri Lanka Colombo:

5. Terms and Conditions

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Curriculum Developer are subject to revision.
  2. Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing the service agreement, 40% upon completion of Phase 3 (Content Development), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all curriculum materials in Sri Lanka Colombo.
  3. All intellectual property rights to the developed curriculum, materials, and assessment instruments shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
  4. The Curriculum Developer shall adhere to all applicable Sri Lankan data protection and educational regulatory standards during the engagement.
  5. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the originally agreed deliverables will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written consent.
  6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Colombo, Sri Lanka, may result in timeline adjustments without penalty to either party.
  7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
  8. All communications, revisions, and approvals related to this engagement will be conducted in English, the primary working language for educational development in Sri Lanka Colombo.
