5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Curriculum Developer are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing the service agreement, 40% upon completion of Phase 3 (Content Development), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all curriculum materials in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- All intellectual property rights to the developed curriculum, materials, and assessment instruments shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
