2. SCOPE OF WORK – CURRICULUM DEVELOPER SERVICESThis Quotation Estimate is issued by EduSwiss Professional Services AG to provide comprehensive Curriculum Developer services for Zürich Bildungsinstitut GmbH, located in the canton of Zurich, Switzerland. The engagement of a qualified Curriculum Developer is intended to design, structure, and deliver a complete academic curriculum framework aligned with the Swiss Federal Act on Vocational Education and Training (VET) and the specific regulatory requirements of the Canton of Zurich's Department of Education, Research and Culture (BEK).
The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for the following deliverables within the Switzerland Zurich educational context:
- Conducting a full needs analysis and stakeholder consultation with faculty members, industry partners, and student representatives in Zurich.
- Designing a modular curriculum structure compliant with the Swiss National Qualifications Framework (NQF/QRN) and the specific cantonal directives of the Canton of Zurich.
- Developing detailed learning outcomes, assessment criteria, and competency matrices for each module.
- Creating teaching and learning materials, including lecture outlines, practical exercise guides, and digital resource recommendations.
- Ensuring multilingual alignment (German, French, and English) to meet the multilingual standards expected in the Switzerland Zurich academic environment.
- Preparing accreditation documentation for submission to the Swiss Accreditation Agency (SAA) and the cantonal education authority in Zurich.
- Providing two on-site workshops in Zurich for faculty training on the newly developed curriculum.

Payment Schedule: This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones:
• 30% advance payment (CHF 63,617.19) upon acceptance of this quotation and signing of the service agreement.
• 40% (CHF 84,822.92) due upon completion of the Curriculum Developer's core design phase (Deliverables 1–3).
• 30% (CHF 63,617.19) due upon final delivery, accreditation submission, and completion of both Zurich-based workshops.
Payment Method: Bank transfer to EduSwiss Professional Services AG, IBAN: CH93 0076 2011 6238 5295 7, BIC: POFICHBEXXX, Bank: PostFinance, Zurich, Switzerland. All amounts are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) Article 104.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, EduSwiss Professional Services AG reserves the right to revise pricing due to market conditions in the Switzerland Zurich professional services sector.
5.2 The Curriculum Developer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related discipline, with at least eight (8) years of professional experience in academic curriculum development within the Swiss or European higher education context.
5.3 All intellectual property rights in the curriculum materials developed under this engagement shall transfer to Zürich Bildungsinstitut GmbH upon full and final payment. EduSwiss Professional Services AG retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with the client's written consent.
5.4 This engagement is governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with the canton of Zurich as the exclusive place of jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
5.5 The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable Swiss data protection regulations (nFADP – new Federal Act on Data Protection) and the specific data handling policies of the Canton of Zurich's education sector.
5.6 Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services beyond the scope defined in this quotation will be billed at the standard Curriculum Developer hourly rate of CHF 120.00 plus applicable VAT.
5.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the formal Service Agreement document, which will incorporate the terms outlined herein.
6. ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNATURESBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Curriculum Developer services to be delivered in Switzerland Zurich.
