This document serves as a binding proposal pending client acceptance and is intended to give the client full transparency regarding scope, deliverables, timelines, and associated costs.
The engaged Curriculum Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of a structured curriculum tailored to the client's institutional objectives. The following activities are included within the scope of this Quotation Estimate:
- Needs Assessment & Stakeholder Consultation: Conducting in-person workshops and interviews with faculty, administrators, and industry partners across Turkey Istanbul to identify learning outcomes, competency frameworks, and regulatory requirements aligned with the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MEB) standards.
- Curriculum Architecture Design: Developing a modular, competency-based curriculum framework including learning objectives, sequencing logic, assessment strategies, and pedagogical methodologies. This Quotation Estimate is structured with milestone-based payments to align cash flow with deliverable completion. The payment schedule is as follows:
30% advance payment (EUR 58,104.00) upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the master service agreement.
40% interim payment (EUR 77,472.00) upon delivery and client approval of the complete Curriculum Developer's framework and all instructional materials (Items 02 & 03).
30% final payment (EUR 58,104.00) upon successful completion of the pilot semester, final handover documentation, and commencement of the post-launch support period.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of EduCraft Curriculum Solutions Ltd. in Istanbul, Turkey. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Turkish commercial invoicing regulations (e-fatura / e-arşiv).
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions, currency fluctuations, or changes in the Curriculum Developer's availability.
5.2. All intellectual property rights in the curriculum materials, frameworks, and documentation produced by the Curriculum Developer shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
5.3. The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable Turkish labor laws, data protection regulations (KVKK — Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu), and educational accreditation standards relevant to operations in Turkey Istanbul.
5.4. Any scope changes, additional modules, or extended timelines requested by the client after the initial agreement will be documented in a formal change order and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
5.5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until both parties have executed the master service agreement in writing. It is intended solely for budgetary planning and procurement purposes.
5.6. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Curriculum Developer services in Turkey Istanbul and agrees to the terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work outlined herein.
