This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted by Academic Solutions & Educational Design Ltd. to provide professional Curriculum Developer services for the design, review, and implementation support of the national secondary school curriculum framework in Uganda Kampala. This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the engagement:
Milestone 1 (20%): UGX 145,588,400 – Due upon contract signing and project commencement in Uganda Kampala.
Milestone 2 (30%): UGX 218,382,600 – Due upon completion of the Curriculum Framework Design and Assessment Blueprint (Item 2 and 3).
Milestone 3 (30%): UGX 218,382,600 – Due upon completion of Teacher Training Modules, Digital Resource Plan, and Pilot Implementation (Items 4, 5, and 6).
Milestone 4 (20%): UGX 145,588,400 – Due upon final handover, acceptance of all deliverables, and submission of the comprehensive project report.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Academic Solutions & Educational Design Ltd., Bank of Uganda, Kampala Branch. Invoices will be issued 14 days prior to each milestone due date.
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Uganda Kampala.
4.2 Intellectual Property: All curriculum materials, frameworks, and documentation produced by our Curriculum Developer team shall become the sole property of the Ministry of Education and Sports upon full payment. Our firm retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios.
4.3 Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revisions are included at no additional cost. Further revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at UGX 450,000 per working day per Curriculum Developer specialist.
4.4 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government policy changes, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Uganda Kampala.
4.5 Confidentiality: All proprietary data, student information, and internal Ministry documents shared during this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
4.6 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Uganda Kampala as per the Arbitration Act, 2000.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes full cooperation from the Ministry of Education and Sports, including timely access to existing curriculum documents, school facilities for pilot implementation, and availability of key stakeholders for consultation sessions in Uganda Kampala. Delays attributable to the client may result in a proportional extension of the project timeline and associated costs.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of our Curriculum Developer services in Uganda Kampala.
