3. Curriculum Developer Qualifications and Profile

The Curriculum Developer proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field from an accredited institution. The candidate must hold a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in curriculum design, with at least three (3) years of direct experience working within the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi educational landscape. Familiarity with ADEK accreditation standards, the UAE National Curriculum, and international frameworks such as IB, Cambridge, and American curricula is mandatory. The Curriculum Developer must also demonstrate proficiency in bilingual (Arabic/English) curriculum documentation and an understanding of the cultural and pedagogical context of Abu Dhabi's diverse student population.

4. Payment Terms and Schedule

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: twenty-five percent (25%) upon contract execution and commencement of the initial needs assessment; thirty-five percent (35%) upon delivery of the completed curriculum framework and subject modules; twenty-five percent (25%) upon completion of the quality assurance review and ADEK compliance audit; and fifteen percent (15%) upon successful handover of all deliverables and commencement of the annual maintenance period. All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the designated account of Al Noor Educational Consulting LLC, Abu Dhabi. Late payments shall incur a penalty of two percent (2%) per month as per UAE commercial law.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi educational services sector.
All intellectual property rights to the curriculum materials developed by the Curriculum Developer shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment, as governed by UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2005 on Copyright and Related Rights.
The Curriculum Developer shall maintain full confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, student data, and institutional strategies shared during the engagement, in compliance with UAE data protection regulations.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties and may result in additional charges.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi in accordance with the UAE Arbitration Law.
