2. SCOPE OF SERVICES – CURRICULUM DEVELOPER ENGAGEMENT

The Curriculum Developer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the following core deliverables and professional activities:

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Curriculum Developer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
2. The Curriculum Developer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instructional Design and possess no fewer than ten (10) years of experience in K-12 curriculum development within the UAE or equivalent international educational frameworks.
3. All intellectual property rights in the curriculum materials, frameworks, and resources developed under this engagement shall transfer to Al Noor International Academy upon full and final payment.
4. EduStrategic Consulting LLC reserves the right to substitute the assigned Curriculum Developer with a professional of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to prior written notification to the client.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Master Service Agreement. All terms herein are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
6. Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
7. Confidentiality: All proprietary information exchanged during the Curriculum Developer engagement shall be protected under a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed concurrently with the Master Service Agreement.
