4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
4.2 The Curriculum Developer reserves the right to adjust the project timeline by up to five (5) working days in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to public health emergencies, severe weather events affecting travel in the United Kingdom Birmingham area, or statutory school closure periods.
4.3 All intellectual property rights in curriculum materials, frameworks, and documentation produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to the client's written consent.
4.4 This engagement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
4.5 The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 when handling any student or staff data encountered during the engagement.
