This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Meridian Educational Consulting Ltd. to provide Thames Valley Academy Trust with a comprehensive and transparent financial proposal for the engagement of a specialist Curriculum Developer. Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly instalments, due within 30 days of invoice date. The first instalment of £19,560.00 (inclusive of VAT) is due upon contract execution. Subsequent payments will be invoiced on 1 September, 1 December, 1 March, and 1 June 2025/26. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision.
- The Curriculum Developer shall operate in full compliance with all applicable United Kingdom legislation, including the Data Protection Act 2018, GDPR, and the Equality Act 2010.
- All intellectual property created specifically for the client during the engagement period shall vest in Thames Valley Academy Trust upon full payment.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall be payable in full.
- The Curriculum Developer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- All work shall be conducted in accordance with the professional standards expected of educational practitioners operating in United Kingdom London, including adherence to the Teachers' Standards and DfE guidance.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
