The total estimated duration of this Curriculum Developer engagement is approximately 14 months, commencing from the date of contract signature. 4. Terms & Conditions4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability are subject to review and may be adjusted to reflect market conditions in the United Kingdom Manchester educational services sector.
4.2 Payment terms: 30% deposit upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of Phase 2, and 30% upon final handover. All invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt. Late payments will incur interest at 2% per month in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4.3 The Curriculum Developer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000 and public liability insurance of £10,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
4.4 All intellectual property created specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing frameworks, templates, and methodologies remain the property of Northwest Educational Design Ltd.
4.5 Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all work completed to date plus a 10% administrative fee on the remaining contract value.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester, United Kingdom.
4.7 The Curriculum Developer is committed to safeguarding and will provide an enhanced DBS check prior to commencing any on-site work with children or young people in United Kingdom Manchester schools.
