This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Educational Solutions, LLC to formally outline the professional services to be rendered by our senior Curriculum Developer team for the development, redesign, and alignment of academic curricula for Riverside Learning Academy. All services described herein will be delivered in accordance with the educational standards and regulatory requirements applicable to the United States Houston metropolitan area, including compliance with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) guidelines and the Houston Independent School District (HISD) accreditation frameworks.

The Curriculum Developer engagement encompasses a comprehensive, multi-phase process that includes needs assessment, learning outcome mapping, instructional design, content authoring, assessment development, and ongoing revision support. Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% deposit due upon execution of the service agreement; 40% due upon completion of the Core Curriculum Design phase (Item 2); 30% due upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. The six-month support retainer (Item 6) shall be billed monthly in arrears. All payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Payment methods accepted include ACH transfer, wire transfer, and certified check payable to Apex Educational Solutions, LLC.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the Curriculum Developer team are subject to re-evaluation.
All intellectual property and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of Riverside Learning Academy upon full payment.
Apex Educational Solutions, LLC shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 throughout the duration of the project.
Any changes to scope, timeline, or deliverables must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
The Curriculum Developer team shall adhere to all applicable federal, state (Texas), and local (Houston) education regulations, including FERPA compliance for any student data accessed during the needs assessment phase.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the United States Houston area, may result in timeline adjustments without penalty to either party.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Harris County, Texas, before any litigation is pursued.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Curriculum Developer services to be performed in and around the United States Houston area. This signature authorizes Apex Educational Solutions, LLC to proceed with scheduling and resource allocation upon receipt of the initial deposit.
