This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by EduBridge Consulting LLC to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and implement a modernized educational curriculum framework for secondary and higher education institutions located in Uzbekistan Tashkent. The scope of this engagement encompasses the full lifecycle of curriculum design, from initial needs assessment through to final delivery, teacher training, and post-implementation support. This Quotation Estimate reflects all professional fees, travel, accommodation, and ancillary costs associated with delivering the Curriculum Developer services within the geographic and regulatory context of Uzbekistan Tashkent.

The Curriculum Developer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be a certified educational specialist with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in curriculum design, instructional systems development, and pedagogical innovation. The Curriculum Developer will be based in Uzbekistan Tashkent for the duration of the project and will work in close coordination with local educators, ministry officials, and institutional stakeholders. The primary deliverables include:

Conducting a comprehensive needs assessment across at least fifteen (15) educational institutions in the Tashkent metropolitan area.
Designing a modular curriculum framework aligned with the National Education Strategy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international competency-based standards.
Developing detailed learning outcomes, assessment rubrics, and instructional materials in both Uzbek and English languages.
Creating a digital learning management system (LMS) integration plan tailored to the technological infrastructure available in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
Delivering a minimum of forty (40) hours of in-person teacher training workshops across three (3) districts of Tashkent.
Providing a six-month post-implementation monitoring and advisory support period.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments: thirty percent (30%) upon contract signing and commencement of the Curriculum Developer engagement; forty percent (40%) upon delivery of the complete curriculum framework and instructional materials; and thirty percent (30%) upon successful completion of the post-implementation monitoring period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of EduBridge Consulting LLC, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including but not limited to the Labor Code, Tax Code, and the Law on Education.
All intellectual property rights in the curriculum materials developed under this engagement shall vest in the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation upon full payment.
EduBridge Consulting LLC reserves the right to substitute the Curriculum Developer with a qualified equivalent professional, subject to prior written approval by the client.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Uzbekistan Tashkent, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure presented herein for the engagement of the Curriculum Developer in Uzbekistan Tashkent. This acceptance shall serve as the basis for the preparation of a formal service contract.
