4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Venezuela Caracas or changes in exchange rates.
4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of the Curriculum Developer's core deliverables (Items 1–4), and 25% upon final acceptance of all materials. The post-delivery support fee (Item 8) shall be billed monthly in advance.
4.3 Currency: All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment may be made via international wire transfer to the account designated by EduCurriculum Solutions LLC. The client in Venezuela Caracas shall be responsible for any applicable banking fees or currency conversion charges.
4.4 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all curriculum materials, frameworks, and documentation developed by the Curriculum Developer shall become the exclusive property of the client. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
4.5 Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the base estimate. Additional revision cycles requested by the client will be billed at $350.00 per hour for the Curriculum Developer's time.
4.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or infrastructure disruptions common to the Venezuela Caracas region.
4.7 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary educational content, institutional data, and project details shared during the engagement in Venezuela Caracas.
