3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Curriculum Developer engagement may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Payment shall be made in Vietnamese Dong (VND) via bank transfer to the account specified by EdVista Learning Solutions Co., Ltd. A 30% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Curriculum Developer's schedule.
- Remaining payments will be disbursed in three equal milestones: 30% upon completion of the design phase, 30% upon delivery of all teaching materials, and 10% upon final handover and acceptance in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- All intellectual property rights to the curriculum materials developed by the Curriculum Developer shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
- The Curriculum Developer will work a minimum of five (5) days per week, with on-site presence at the client's facility in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City for at least three (3) days per week. Remote work is permitted for the remaining days.
- Any scope changes or additional requests beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate change-order agreement and additional cost assessment.
- EdVista Learning Solutions Co., Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Curriculum Developer with a professional of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to client approval.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for printing, licensing of third-party educational software, or travel expenses for the client's staff attending training sessions.
- Confidentiality: All data, student information, and proprietary materials shared during the engagement in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City shall be treated as strictly confidential and protected under Vietnamese data protection regulations.
4. Acceptance and Authorization
