  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Afghanistan Kabul.
  • Payment shall be processed on a monthly basis within fifteen (15) working days of the end of each calendar month, via bank transfer to the account designated by the client.
  • The Customs Officer shall be subject to a mandatory background verification, security vetting, and medical fitness assessment prior to commencing duties in Afghanistan Kabul.
  • Any change in the scope of duties, relocation of the Customs Officer to a different checkpoint within Afghanistan Kabul, or extension of the contract period shall require a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate in writing.
  • The client reserves the right to terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination for cause, no further compensation beyond the current month's salary shall be owed.
  • All personal data collected during the recruitment and vetting process shall be handled in accordance with Afghan data protection regulations and shall be destroyed upon contract expiry unless otherwise required by law.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and approved by the relevant procurement authority of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
  • Applicable withholding tax and any government levies in Afghanistan Kabul shall be deducted at source as per the Afghanistan Tax Code.
