Scope of Services — Customs Officer EngagementThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Andes Customs & Trade Solutions S.A. to formally propose the engagement of a licensed Customs Officer to provide comprehensive customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and trade facilitation services on behalf of Meridian Global Logistics S.R.L. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on exchange rate fluctuations between the Argentine Peso and the US Dollar, as well as any changes in Argentine customs tariff schedules.
- All services shall be rendered by a qualified and licensed Customs Officer who is registered with the AFIP and the General Directorate of Customs. The assigned officer shall not be substituted without prior written consent from the client.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and 50% upon completion of the monthly service cycle. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Andes Customs & Trade Solutions S.A. in Argentina Buenos Aires.
- The Customs Officer shall maintain full professional liability insurance and shall comply with all data protection regulations under Argentine Law 25.326 (Personal Data Protection) when handling client documentation.
- All clearance operations shall be conducted in strict accordance with the regulations of the General Directorate of Customs, the AFIP, and applicable Mercosur Common External Tariff provisions as enforced in Argentina Buenos Aires.
- Any additional services beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fee, to be agreed upon prior to execution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by an authorized representative of each entity.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in accordance with the rules of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce.
