This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Trade & Logistics Solutions Ltd. for the provision of a dedicated, fully qualified Customs Officer to be stationed at the client's operational facility in Bangladesh Dhaka. The Customs Officer shall be responsible for managing all import and export customs clearance procedures in strict compliance with the Bangladesh Customs Act 1984, the Bangladesh Customs Rules 1985, and all directives issued by the National Board of Revenue (NBR) and the Customs Department of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

The Customs Officer will operate primarily at the Chattogram Port liaison office and the Dhaka Dry Port (Tongi) facility, with a primary reporting base in Bangladesh Dhaka. All documentation, filing, and communication with the Customs Department will be conducted in accordance with the latest e-Customs (ACE) system requirements.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-confirmation of rates.
• Payment terms: 40% advance upon signing the service agreement, 40% upon completion of six (6) months of service, and 20% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month engagement.
• All payments shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Trade & Logistics Solutions Ltd., BRAC Bank, Banani Branch, Bangladesh Dhaka.
• The Customs Officer assigned shall hold a valid license issued by the National Board of Revenue and shall maintain professional indemnity insurance throughout the engagement period.
• Any additional shipments beyond the stipulated 50 per month will be charged at BDT 4,000 per shipment, subject to prior written approval from the client.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include government-imposed customs duties, VAT, or any penalties arising from non-compliance on the part of the client.
• Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such cases, a pro-rata settlement of the Quotation Estimate amounts will be applied.
• All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh.
• The Customs Officer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the client's trade data, shipment manifests, and commercial information at all times.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Customs Officer as described herein, with all services to be rendered in and around Bangladesh Dhaka and its associated port facilities.
