4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to changes in Belgian statutory contributions or market conditions.
- The Customs Officer shall be engaged under a fixed-term contract of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. The contract shall be governed by the Belgian Labour Code and the applicable collective labour agreement for the Brussels region.
- All services shall be performed in compliance with the Union Customs Code (UCC) – Regulation (EU) No 952/2013, Belgian implementing legislation, and the specific operational requirements of the Belgium Brussels customs zone.
