This document serves as a binding financial proposal and does not constitute a final contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.

The Customs Officer designated under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid registration with the Receita Federal do Brasil, possess a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in customs operations within Brazil, Brasília, and maintain current certification in international trade law, the Harmonized System (HS) classification, and Brazilian foreign trade regulations (Lei nº 13.444/2017 and subsequent amendments). The officer shall be fluent in Portuguese and English, with working proficiency in Spanish, to facilitate communication with Mercosur trading partners and international logistics providers operating out of Brasília.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires revalidation of all pricing and availability terms.
4.2 Payment terms: 50% of the monthly fee is due upon execution of the service agreement; the remaining 50% is due on the 15th of the following month. All amounts are denominated in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are subject to applicable ISS (Imposto Sobre Serviços) as levied by the municipality of Brasília, DF.
4.3 The Customs Officer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of R$ 2,000,000.00, valid throughout the term of engagement in Brazil, Brasília.
4.4 Any services exceeding the monthly volume thresholds specified in Section 2 shall be billed at the per-unit rates indicated, subject to prior written authorization from the client.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party government fees, port/airport handling charges, or transportation costs, which shall be borne directly by the client.
4.6 The engagement may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
Important Note: All customs operations described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the prevailing regulations of the Receita Federal do Brasil as applicable in Brazil, Brasília at the time of service delivery. The Customs Officer reserves the right to adjust methodologies or procedures in response to regulatory changes issued by the Federal Government of Brazil, provided that such adjustments do not materially alter the scope or cost structure outlined herein without prior mutual agreement.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes the engagement of the Customs Officer for the services described herein, to be performed in Brazil, Brasília, under the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
