All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT / IVA) at the current Colombian rate of 19%, unless otherwise specified. The exchange rate used for USD conversion is COP 4,000 per 1 USD, subject to market fluctuation at the time of invoicing.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all fees and terms are subject to revision based on regulatory changes in Colombia Bogotá or market conditions.
4.2 The Customs Officer designated under this engagement must hold a valid professional license issued by the Colombian Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism, and must be registered with DIAN as an authorized customs agent (Agente de Aduanas).
4.3 Payment terms: Net 15 days from the date of monthly invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Colombian law.
4.4 The client agrees to provide all necessary commercial documentation, product specifications, and trade data in a timely manner to enable the Customs Officer to perform duties without delay.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement. All services will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, with jurisdiction in the courts of Bogotá D.C.
4.6 The Customs Officer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client trade data, commercial information, and operational details in accordance with Colombian data protection law (Law 1581 of 2012).
4.7 Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional fees as mutually agreed upon.
