Liaison and representation before the French Customs Authority (Douanes Françaises) at the Lyon-Saint-Exupéry International Airport cargo terminal, the Port Autonome de Lyon on the Rhône River, and the Roade Lyon inland logistics hub.

The total amount of EUR 237,336.00 shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, with each monthly invoice due within 30 days of the invoice date. A 1.5% late-payment penalty per month shall apply to any outstanding balance beyond the due date. The Customs Officer services in France Lyon shall commence upon receipt of the first monthly payment and written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.

5.2 The Customs Officer engaged under this agreement shall hold a valid professional certification from the French Customs Authority and shall maintain full professional liability insurance covering all operations conducted within France Lyon.

5.3 The client agrees to provide all necessary commercial documentation, invoices, transport documents, and product specifications in a timely manner to enable the Customs Officer to perform duties without delay.

5.4 Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fees at the standard rates of Lyon Trade Advisory Group.

5.5 This engagement is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Lyon, France.

5.6 Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall remain payable.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes the engagement of the Customs Officer for the services described herein, to be performed in France Lyon under the terms and conditions stated above.
