- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in French customs fee schedules, exchange rate fluctuations, or regulatory updates applicable to the France Marseille customs district.

- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Marseille.
