This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in France Paris and any changes in French or EU customs legislation.
The Customs Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid French customs broker license (agrément de courtier en douane) issued by the Direction Générale des Douanes et Droits Indirects (DGDDI) and shall maintain all required professional certifications throughout the contract term.
All services shall be performed in strict accordance with the French Customs Code, the Union Customs Code (UCC), and the specific operational procedures of the France Paris customs district, including the Port of Paris and the Paris-Orly and Roissy CDG cargo facilities.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% invoiced monthly in arrears.
