The Customs Officer proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds a certified qualification as a Zollfachwirt (Customs Specialist) issued by the German Chamber of Commerce (IHK für München und Oberbayern). - Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services already rendered by the Customs Officer must be settled within 14 days.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed trade restrictions, or systemic IT failures affecting the Munich customs infrastructure.
