  4. Any additional customs declarations exceeding the estimated 350 per month will be billed at a rate of EUR 12.00 per declaration, as agreed in a supplementary addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
  5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance form. The contractual relationship shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Munich, Germany.
  6. Confidentiality: The Customs Officer shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all commercial data, tariff classifications, and client-specific trade information processed in Germany Munich.
  7. Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services already rendered by the Customs Officer must be settled within 14 days.
  8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed trade restrictions, or systemic IT failures affecting the Munich customs infrastructure.
