- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Customs Officer engagement may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ghana Accra.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon successful onboarding of the Customs Officer, and the remaining 30% payable in equal monthly installments over the contract period.
- All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the account of Accra Trade & Logistics Solutions Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Main Branch.
- The Customs Officer shall operate under the direct supervision of the client's Operations Director while remaining under the employment and disciplinary authority of Accra Trade & Logistics Solutions Ltd.
- The Customs Officer must hold a valid GRA Customs Broker's License and a current ICUMS operator certification. Any lapse in licensing shall be the responsibility of the service provider.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any customs duties, import taxes, excise levies, or port handling charges payable directly to the Ghana Revenue Authority or the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total shall be applied.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1968 (Act 30) of Ghana.
- The service provider shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the client's trade data, shipment manifests, and commercial information handled by the Customs Officer.
