The Customs Officer to be deployed under this arrangement will be responsible for managing all import-export documentation, customs clearance procedures, tariff classification, duty assessment, and regulatory compliance in accordance with the Customs Act, 1962, the Foreign Trade Policy, and the guidelines issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC). The Customs Officer will be stationed at the client's facility in India Bangalore, with primary operational coverage at the Bengaluru International Airport (BLR) cargo terminal, the Electronic City SEZ, and the Peenya Dry Port. The Customs Officer will also liaise with the Customs House at the Port of Chennai and the Port of Mundra as required for multi-modal shipments transiting through India Bangalore.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and charges are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in India Bangalore.
• The Customs Officer shall be engaged on a twelve (12) month contract, renewable upon mutual written agreement. Early termination requires a sixty (60) day written notice from either party.
• Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful deployment of the Customs Officer at the India Bangalore site, and 10% upon completion of the first full quarter of service.
• All statutory deductions (TDS, PF, ESI) applicable under Indian labour law shall be borne by the client as part of the CTC structure outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
• The Customs Officer shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Non-Compete clause specific to the India Bangalore trade and logistics sector for a period of twelve months post-termination.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate, such as representation before the Customs Appellate Tribunal or handling of seizure/bonded warehouse matters, shall be quoted separately.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received in the designated bank account.
• Governing law: All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
