The following services are included under this Quotation Estimate for the Customs Officer position in India New Delhi:

• Identification and shortlisting of candidates holding a valid degree in Commerce, Law, Economics, or a related discipline as mandated for the Customs Officer role.
• Conducting written aptitude tests, personality assessments, and technical interviews specific to customs valuation, tariff classification, and trade compliance.
• Verification of educational credentials, prior government service records, and clearance from the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) where applicable.

As per this Quotation Estimate, the client shall make payment in the following installments:

• 20% Final (₹ 52,285) – Due upon successful completion of the 90-day performance guarantee period.

Payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of Delhi Customs Professional Services Pvt. Ltd. A valid GST invoice shall be issued against each payment tranche.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, a revised Quotation Estimate may be issued reflecting any changes in statutory fees or market conditions in India New Delhi.
• The Customs Officer engaged under this arrangement shall be bound by the confidentiality provisions of the Customs Act, 1962, and shall not disclose any trade-sensitive information pertaining to importers, exporters, or customs procedures in the India New Delhi jurisdiction.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 4 shall be quoted separately and require written approval from the client prior to execution.
• The service provider reserves the right to withdraw this Quotation Estimate if the client fails to confirm engagement within the validity period.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India New Delhi.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the service agreement is duly executed.
