1. Scope of Services — Customs Officer Deployment

This Quotation Estimate is issued by PT Nusantara Customs Solutions to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a licensed Customs Officer to support the import, export, and transshipment operations of PT Global Trade Logistics Indonesia. All services described herein shall be rendered exclusively within the jurisdiction of Indonesia Jakarta, encompassing the Tanjung Priok Seaport, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport cargo terminals, and all relevant Directorate General of Customs and Tax (DJBC) offices located in the Greater Jakarta metropolitan area.

The Customs Officer assigned under this engagement shall hold a valid Bea Cukai (Customs and Excise) professional certification issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, possess a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in customs clearance procedures, and be fully proficient in the Automated System Information and Customs (ASIK) platform as well as the National Single Window (NSW) / Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) system. The officer will be responsible for the preparation, submission, and follow-up of all customs declarations (Pemberitahuan Pabean), coordination with customs inspectors during physical examinations, management of tariff classification under the Harmonized System (HS) codes, calculation and verification of import duties, Value Added Tax (PPN), and excise duties (Cukai), as well as the facilitation of any required permits from the Ministry of Trade, BPOM, or other relevant regulatory bodies operating within Indonesia Jakarta.

3. Terms and Conditions

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of rates and availability of the Customs Officer team.
  2. Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments within ten (10) business days of each month-end invoice.
  3. All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Customs Law of the Republic of Indonesia (UU No. 10 Tahun 1995 as amended by UU No. 17 Tahun 2006) and all subsequent regulations issued by the Directorate General of Customs and Tax operating in Indonesia Jakarta.
  4. The Customs Officer shall maintain full confidentiality of all commercial data, shipment manifests, and client trade secrets in accordance with Indonesian data protection regulations.
  5. Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate, including but not limited to litigation support, penalty negotiation, or multi-city coordination outside Indonesia Jakarta, shall be quoted separately in writing.
  6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to port strikes, government policy changes, or natural disasters affecting the Jakarta metropolitan area, shall be addressed through mutual consultation and may result in temporary service adjustments without penalty to either party.
  7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
