1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate document is issued by Meridian Trade & Logistics Advisory Group to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a licensed Customs Officer to perform import, export, and transit clearance operations within the jurisdiction of Iran Tehran. 4. Payment Terms

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the designated account of Meridian Trade & Logistics Advisory Group. The monthly retainer fee for the Customs Officer shall be invoiced on the first business day of each calendar month. Per-shipment and consultation fees shall be invoiced within five (5) business days of service completion. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. All payments are subject to the foreign exchange regulations in force in Iran Tehran at the time of transaction.

5. Terms and Conditions

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all rates and terms must be reconfirmed in writing by both parties.
  2. The Customs Officer engaged under this agreement shall hold a valid license issued by the Iranian Customs Administration and shall maintain all required professional certifications throughout the term of service in Iran Tehran.
  3. The client shall provide all commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and any other supporting documentation required for customs clearance in a timely manner. Delays in documentation provision shall not be attributed to the Customs Officer.
  4. This Quotation Estimate does not include government-imposed customs duties, taxes, fines, or penalties that may be assessed by the Iranian Customs Administration on the client's shipments in Iran Tehran. Such amounts shall be the sole responsibility of the client.
  5. Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all services rendered up to the effective date of termination shall be invoiced and paid in full.
  6. All information exchanged between the parties in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent engagement of the Customs Officer in Iran Tehran shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
  7. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the services performed in Iran Tehran shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran in accordance with the rules of the Tehran Regional Arbitration Center (TRAC).
  8. The Customs Officer shall comply with all anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws applicable in Iran and shall not accept or offer any improper payments to government officials at any customs facility in Iran Tehran.

By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the scope, cost, and terms for the engagement of a Customs Officer to provide professional customs clearance and trade compliance services in Iran Tehran.
