The Customs Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid license issued by the Israel Tax Authority (Customs and VAT Department) and shall be fully versed in the Customs Law, 5715-1955, the Import and Export Regulations, and all applicable bilateral trade agreements to which the State of Israel is a party. The officer will operate in coordination with the Jerusalem District Customs Office and will ensure full compliance with the regulations enforced by the Israel Border Police and the Israel Tax Authority within the Israel Jerusalem region.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Israel Jerusalem.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total amount shall be due upon execution of the service agreement, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month engagement period.
- The Customs Officer shall be available for a minimum of 48 hours per week during standard business hours (08:00–17:00, Sunday through Thursday) at the designated Israel Jerusalem service locations.
- All services rendered by the Customs Officer shall comply with the regulations of the Israel Tax Authority, the Ministry of Finance, and the applicable provisions of the Customs Law as enforced in the Jerusalem district.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fee schedule.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement incorporating all terms herein.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures of the Jerusalem Customs House or national security directives affecting the Israel Jerusalem area, shall suspend service obligations without penalty to either party.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Customs Officer shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel.
