3.1 Validity. This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in market rates, regulatory updates, or exchange-rate adjustments will be required.
3.2 Payment Terms. Invoices shall be issued on a monthly basis in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account details provided by Adriatica Customs & Trade Solutions S.r.l. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Article 634 of the Italian Civil Code.
3.3 Scope Limitations. The Customs Officer engaged under this arrangement shall perform duties strictly within the legal framework of the Union Customs Code (Regulation (EU) No 952/2013) and the Italian implementing legislation (D.Lgs. 195/2009). The officer shall not provide legal advice, tax consultancy, or immigration services. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
3.4 Regulatory Compliance in Italy Milan. The Customs Officer shall comply with all operational directives issued by the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli – Milan District, the local Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio di Milano), and any applicable Lombardy regional trade regulations. The officer shall maintain a valid professional card (tessera professionale) and shall notify the client in writing within 48 hours of any regulatory change affecting customs procedures in Italy Milan.
3.5 Confidentiality and Data Protection. All commercial data, shipment manifests, and client information handled by the Customs Officer shall be treated as strictly confidential.
