The appointed Customs Officer will be responsible for the following duties and functions within the Italy Naples customs district:

• Processing and clearance of all import, export, and transit declarations in compliance with the EU Customs Code (Regulation (EU) No 952/2013) and Italian national legislation (Testo Unico delle Disposizioni Legislative in Materia Doganale, D.Lgs. 198/2012).
• Preparation, submission, and management of Single Administrative Documents (SAD) and electronic customs declarations via the Italian Customs Information System (SAD/ICS2).
• Coordination with the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM) – Naples Customs Office, including resolution of queries, inspections, and post-clearance audits.
• Classification of goods under the Combined Nomenclature (CN) and TARIC codes, and determination of applicable customs duties, VAT, and excise taxes.
• Management of customs warehousing procedures, temporary admission, and inward processing relief schemes at the Naples bonded warehouse facilities.
• Advisory support to the client's logistics and trade compliance teams on changes in customs regulations, sanctions screening, and rules of origin applicable to the Italy Naples trade corridor.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly customs compliance reports for internal audit and regulatory filing purposes.

All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the standard Italian VAT rate of 22%. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account details provided on the invoice. Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis, payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will apply to overdue balances in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.

• The agency reserves the right to substitute the assigned Customs Officer with a qualified equivalent should the need arise, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the original qualification standards.

• This engagement is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Naples (Tribunale di Napoli).
• The Customs Officer will operate in full compliance with the EU Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) guidelines and the Italian customs anti-corruption protocols applicable to the Italy Naples customs district.
