2.4 Management of customs warehousing procedures, temporary admission, inward processing, and free-circulation regimes for goods stored at the Rome Free Zone (Zona Franca di Roma) and bonded warehouses in the Fiumicino industrial area.
2.5 Preparation of monthly and quarterly compliance reports, statistical trade data submissions, and advisory memoranda to the client's management regarding changes in Italian or EU customs legislation that may affect operations in Italy Rome.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and conditions are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of the service provider, IBAN: IT60 X054 2811 1000 0000 0001 234, BIC: BLOPIT22, within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002.
- The monthly retainer (Item 3.1) shall be invoiced in advance on the first business day of each calendar month. All other items shall be invoiced on a quarterly basis in arrears.
- The client reserves the right to terminate this engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In such an event, all fees accrued up to the effective termination date shall remain payable, and no refund of the annual retainer pro-rata shall be issued.
- All services rendered by the Customs Officer shall be performed in strict compliance with the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679). No client data shall be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
- Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome, Italy, in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Civil Code (Codice Civile).
- The service provider shall maintain a minimum of 120 hours of continuing professional development (CPD) per year for the assigned Customs Officer, ensuring familiarity with the latest amendments to the EU Customs Code, the Rome-specific enforcement practices of the ADM, and evolving trade-policy developments affecting the Italy Rome logistics corridor.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the definitive Service Agreement in writing. All terms herein are subject to that final agreement.
