- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Japan Osaka trade services sector.
- The Customs Officer assigned under this engagement shall hold a valid Japanese Customs Broker License (Kansei Shokai) and possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in customs clearance operations within the Japan Osaka region.
- All services shall be performed in strict accordance with the Japanese Customs Law (Kanritsu), the Foreign Trade and Foreign Exchange Law, and applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance, Japan.
- Payment terms: 50% upon contract execution and 50% upon completion of the engagement period, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices shall be issued in Japanese Yen (JPY).
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval by both parties.
- The Customs Officer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of JPY 100,000,000, valid throughout the engagement period in Japan Osaka.
- Confidentiality: All trade data, shipment records, and client information handled by the Customs Officer shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any services.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from natural disasters, government actions, or events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to typhoons affecting the Japan Osaka coastal region.
