This Quotation Estimate is issued by Gulf Professional Staffing Solutions W.L.L. in response to the formal request submitted by Al-Nakheel Trading & Logistics Co. for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional management of a qualified Customs Officer to operate within the jurisdiction of Kuwait, Kuwait City. The Customs Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties on behalf of the client at the designated facilities in Kuwait, Kuwait City:

The Customs Officer proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Law, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or freight forwarding within the GCC region.
- Working knowledge of the Kuwait Customs Law (Law No. 11 of 1975 and its amendments), the GCC Common Customs Law, and WTO trade frameworks.
- Proficiency in Arabic (native or fluent) and English (professional working level).

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 20% (KWD 5,901.000) is due upon acceptance of this quotation to initiate the recruitment of the Customs Officer. The remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Gulf Professional Staffing Solutions W.L.L., Kuwait, Kuwait City. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as permitted under Kuwaiti commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The engagement of the Customs Officer is governed by the Kuwait Labour Law (Law No. 6 of 2010) and all applicable regulations of the State of Kuwait.
- The client shall provide a suitable workspace, access to customs systems (e.g., Kuwait Customs e-portal), and all necessary operational tools at the Kuwait, Kuwait City site.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination by the client before the completion of the 12-month term, a pro-rata portion of the management fee shall be due.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent employment of the Customs Officer shall be handled in accordance with Kuwait's Personal Data Protection Law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the recruitment process is successfully completed.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kuwait, Kuwait City, in accordance with Kuwaiti law.
