- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
- The Customs Officer services described herein are subject to the client's provision of all necessary commercial documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin) in a timely manner.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, with the remaining 60% payable in equal monthly installments within ten (10) business days of each invoice date.
- All services will be performed in strict accordance with Moroccan customs legislation, the DGDDI operational guidelines, and the ethical code of professional customs brokers registered in Casablanca.
- The Customs Officer shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure, port authority strikes, or regulatory changes enacted by the Moroccan government.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., handling of seized goods, litigation support before the Tribunal de Commerce de Casablanca) will be quoted separately.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Casablanca.
