The Customs Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities within the jurisdiction of Myanmar Yangon:

• Preparation, review, and submission of all customs declarations, import/export entries, and supporting documentation in compliance with Myanmar Customs Department regulations.
• Classification of goods under the Harmonized System (HS) codes and determination of applicable duty rates, taxes, and levies for shipments processed through Myanmar Yangon ports and airports.
• Liaison with Myanmar Customs Department officers, the Myanmar Economic Zone Authority, and relevant government agencies in Myanmar Yangon to resolve queries, inspections, and compliance matters.
• Management of bonded warehouse operations, temporary import procedures, and re-export filings specific to the Myanmar Yangon trade corridor.
• Advisory services on trade compliance, tariff engineering, and utilization of preferential trade agreements relevant to importers and exporters operating in Myanmar Yangon.
• Monthly reporting and reconciliation of customs duties, VAT, and special taxes paid on behalf of the client.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on changes in Myanmar government regulations, exchange rate fluctuations, or operational cost adjustments in Myanmar Yangon.
• All fees quoted are exclusive of customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and special levies payable directly to the Myanmar Customs Department. The Customs Officer will advise the client on estimated duty amounts prior to filing but such amounts are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month service period. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Yangon International Trade & Logistics Services Co., Ltd.
• The Customs Officer assigned under this engagement shall hold a valid license issued by the Myanmar Customs Department and shall maintain all required professional certifications throughout the service period in Myanmar Yangon.
• Either party may terminate the service agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, all fees for the remaining notice period shall be due and payable.
• This Quotation Estimate does not guarantee specific clearance timelines, as processing times are subject to the discretion and operational capacity of the Myanmar Customs Department in Myanmar Yangon.
• All documents, data, and information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement shall be treated as confidential by both parties.
• Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the Yangon District Court in Myanmar Yangon.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of a Customs Officer to provide professional customs clearance and trade compliance services in Myanmar Yangon.
