The Customs Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at all designated customs facilities in Saudi Arabia Jeddah:

• Preparation, submission, and follow-up of all customs declarations (Bill of Entry, Bill of Exit) via the FASAH platform.
• Physical inspection coordination and liaison with Saudi Customs Authority officers at the Port of Jeddah and Jeddah International Airport.
• Classification of goods under the Harmonized System (HS) codes and verification of applicable duty rates and VAT (15%).
• Arrangement and management of pre-shipment inspections, certificates of origin, and compliance documentation.
• Handling of bonded warehouse operations, transshipment, and re-export procedures within the Jeddah Free Trade Zone.
• Resolution of customs holds, queries, and disputes in coordination with the relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• Monthly reporting and reconciliation of all customs transactions for the client's records.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to re-evaluation.
• Payment terms: 50% advance upon contract signing; the remaining 50% shall be settled on the 5th business day of the following month, subject to submission of the monthly activity report by the Customs Officer.
• All services shall be rendered in strict accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the Customs Law, the VAT Law, and the regulations of the Saudi Customs Authority applicable in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• The Customs Officer and all supporting staff shall hold valid Saudi government-issued customs licenses and professional certifications. Copies of such credentials shall be provided upon request.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional charges at the rates prevailing at the time of the request.
• Liability: Al-Madina Trade Facilitation Co., Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays or penalties imposed by the Saudi Customs Authority due to incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by the client.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement in writing.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with Saudi law.
