This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Riyadh Trade & Logistics Consultancy Co. Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Customs Officer to support the client's import, export, and cross-border trade operations within Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers recruitment, onboarding, ongoing professional services, and regulatory compliance support in accordance with the Saudi Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations and the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) guidelines.
The following services are included under this Quotation Estimate for the Customs Officer role based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh:
- Recruitment & Vetting: Sourcing, interviewing, and background-checking a certified Customs Officer holding a valid Saudi Customs Authority licence and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in customs clearance procedures at King Khalid International Airport (RUH) and the Riyadh land border crossings.
- Onboarding & Compliance Setup: Registration of the Customs Officer with the Saudi Customs Authority, issuance of the official customs broker card, and alignment with the client's commercial registration (CR) and VAT obligations in Riyadh.

4.1 A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the Grand Total (SAR 101,547.88) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate the recruitment and licensing process for the Customs Officer.
4.2 The remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice date via bank transfer to the consultancy's designated account in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
4.3 All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of the Customs Officer's statutory benefits (GOSI contributions, annual leave, and end-of-service provisions) as mandated by Saudi labour law.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the issue date. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
5.2 The Customs Officer shall be engaged under a fixed-term contract of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. Early termination by either party requires sixty (60) days' written notice.
5.3 The client acknowledges that the Customs Officer will operate in strict compliance with the Saudi Customs Law, the Anti-Money Laundering Law, and all directives issued by ZATCA and the Ministry of Commerce in Riyadh.
5.4 Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval by the client prior to commencement.
5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the initial deposit has been received.
