  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on changes in UEMOA tariff schedules, exchange rate fluctuations, or operational cost adjustments in Senegal Dakar.
  2. The Customs Officer assigned under this engagement shall operate under the direct supervision of the client's logistics manager and shall comply with all applicable Senegalese labor laws, customs regulations, and UEMOA trade agreements.
  3. Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 30% at the midpoint of the engagement (month six), and 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month service period. All payments shall be made in XOF via bank transfer to the account specified by Atlas Trade & Customs Solutions SARL.
  4. Customs duties, taxes, and levies payable to the DGDII are the sole responsibility of the client and are not included in the service fees outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
  5. The Customs Officer shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the client's commercial data, shipment details, and pricing structures in accordance with Senegalese data protection legislation.
  6. Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein (e.g., bonded warehouse management, free trade zone operations in Dakar, or multi-country UEMOA clearance) shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
  7. This engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service contract shall be resolved through the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal.
  8. The Customs Officer shall provide a monthly activity report to the client, detailing all clearance operations performed, duties paid, and any regulatory issues encountered during the reporting period in Senegal Dakar.
