This Quotation Estimate is issued by Singapore Singapore Customs Consultancy Pte. Ltd. to provide Meridian Trade Logistics Pte. Ltd. with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a licensed Customs Officer for import and export clearance operations within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the acceptance section at the end of this document. All rates quoted are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 9% applicable in Singapore Singapore.
The Customs Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties on behalf of the client within the operational boundaries of Singapore Singapore:
- Preparation, review, and submission of all customs declarations (SAD forms) through the TradeNet system operated by the Singapore Singapore Customs Authority.
- Classification of goods under the Harmonized System (HS) nomenclature and determination of applicable duty rates and taxes in accordance with Singapore Singapore trade regulations.
- Physical inspection coordination at designated ports and cargo facilities within Singapore Singapore, including Changi Airport, Tuas Port, and Jurong Port.
- Liaison with Singapore Singapore Customs officers, the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), and relevant regulatory bodies to resolve queries, discrepancies, or hold notices.
- Advisory services on trade compliance, free trade agreement (FTA) utilization, and preferential tariff schemes available in Singapore Singapore.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires revalidation of all rates by our Customs Officer team in Singapore Singapore.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable within fourteen (14) days of the completion of the engagement period.
- The Customs Officer shall be bound by the confidentiality provisions of the Singapore Singapore Official Secrets Act and shall not disclose any client trade data to third parties.
- All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Customs Act (Cap. 45) and the Customs (Procedures) Regulations of Singapore Singapore.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our office in Singapore Singapore.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

This acceptance renders the Quotation Estimate a binding service agreement between the parties.
