- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and regulatory changes in South Korea Seoul.
- Payment Terms: 50% of the total estimated amount shall be due upon contract execution. The remaining 50% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account designated by Hana International Trade Services Co., Ltd.
- Scope Limitation: The Customs Officer services are limited to the jurisdictions of Incheon International Airport, Seoul Central Customs Office, and the Seoul Metropolitan Port Authority. Any operations extending beyond these areas in South Korea Seoul or other regions of the Republic of Korea will be subject to additional charges as per a supplementary agreement.
- Liability: Hana International Trade Services Co., Ltd. and the assigned Customs Officer shall not be held liable for delays or penalties arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent documentation provided by the client. The client assumes full responsibility for the veracity of all commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin submitted for clearance.
- Confidentiality: All trade data, shipment details, and commercial information shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled within ten (10) business days.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Seoul District Court.
