4.1 Validity. This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in regulatory fees or market rates applicable to Spain Valencia will be issued.
4.2 Payment Terms. Invoices arising from this engagement shall be payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the account details provided by Iberia Customs & Trade Solutions S.L. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established under Spanish Law 3/2004 on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions.
4.3 Scope Limitations. The fees quoted cover the professional services of the Customs Officer only. They do not include customs duties, import/export taxes, port handling charges, terminal storage fees, or any third-party levies imposed by the Port Authority of Valencia (Autoridad Portuaria de Valencia) or the Spanish tax administration (Agencia Tributaria).
4.4 Cancellation. Cancellation of a scheduled Customs Officer engagement must be communicated in writing at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the applicable fee.
4.5 Confidentiality. All commercial data, shipment details, and client information processed by the Customs Officer in Spain Valencia shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4.6 Governing Law. This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
